We also work in a number of community settings, supporting the 16% of adults in the community who struggle to read using our Turning Pages reading manuals. WebbThey will provide advice and support regarding employee relations, absence management, training and development, recruitment and performance management. The HR Business Partner will also be responsible for keeping us up to date with changes to legislation and best practice.
