WebDec 10, 2024 · 10+ years DVC member first time having a holding points issue! Made reservation using our points for friends to come with us on a trip in May to BWV. Unfortunately, friend's mom got very ill and passed away and they had to cancel. This was within 7 days of trip so the points went into a holding account.
