A lot of people say it didn't help them, though. Diamox is primarily used as an altitude sickness medication but has been used for things like seizures. WebSince starting diamox I have a constant headache that is relieved by nothing. At baseline it makes certain things difficult; at times the pain is so debilitating I can’t do anything except lie there and try not to move. Absolutely nothing helps.
