Diabetes has ruined my life
WebMax 4 carbs a small snack. Max 7-8 carbs a large meal. A normal meal max 6 carbs. A high protein diet (eg eating 100% chicken) the body turns protein into carbs, so you have to be on a high fat diet. Medical literature states 2:1 fat to protein minimum, but I find 1.5:1 fat to protein more than acceptable.
